At KiraKira Picks, every order is packed with care and many of our products are handmade, fanmade, or prepared in small batches for collectors and fandom fans around the world.
Because of the nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing, production, or packaging, which means cancellations may no longer be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days after delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging
- Items must not show signs of use, damage, or modification
- Proof of purchase is required
Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, customization, and the handmade nature of certain products, the following items are generally non-returnable:
- Handmade or made-to-order items
- Limited edition or small-batch collectibles
- Custom or personalized products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Please make sure to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our mistake
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Lost or Delayed Packages
KiraKira Picks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
However, if your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
A Note About Handmade & Fanmade Items
Many items sold at KiraKira Picks are handmade or produced in small batches, which means slight variations in color, texture, printing, or finishing may naturally occur.
These small differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade fandom collectibles and are not considered defects.
